Add Adsense Below Post Title In WordPress 3.2 Twenty Eleven

Spread the love

Adsense_below_post_title

I was just searching in the internet how to add Google Adsense below post title in WordPress 3.2 Twenty Eleven theme.I was getting many tips and procedures. But no one was matching with my theme. The authors in other blog were telling about procedures based on how to manually do it.But when i was going to the header.php file, i was not getting the desired code below which i need to paste the Google Adsense code. Then i just got frustrated. But still searched the whole web. Then i thought that there may be any plugin which can help me to place the ads in WordPress blog. So, i search for a plugin and i was lucky enough that i have got one.

The plugin which i am using in my blog to show the adsense below post title is named as AD Manager. To download this plugin you need to follow the below steps:

1. Log in to your WordPress account and then go to the option “Plugins” and click on “Add New” and you will get one new window.

2. In the search box just write “Ad Manager” and click on “Search Plugins”.

3. Now you will get the plugin and install it with the highest rating.

4. When it gets installed, click on the “Manage Ads” button and then click on create new button.

5. Now put the type as HTML, Set “location of the post” as “Prepend to the post content”, set “post visibility”  as “Single Posts” and set “user visibility” as anyone.

6. Now in the blank box you need to paste your code which you have got from the Google Adsense account. If you do not know how to get the code from Adsense account then you can visit Creating an ad unit.

7.Now just save and you are done!

Now check in your website and you will see that the ads are showing just below post title in your blog. Please do not forget to share the post in Facebook if it helps you. Thanks!

Thank you for this simple solution. I was pasting code in the index.php file but nothing was working. This is much easier!

I’m not a fan of plugins. How’s the manual way of placing it below the post title?

Hello Ben,You can use “Ad Injection” which is also a good plugin and you can insert multiple ads in one post page. You will also be able to insert it in comments. Please let me know if this is helpful.
