The newest version of Android is 4.1 which is known as Jelly Bean 4.1 as declared by Google.This Jelly Bean 4.1 operating system is released in 27 th June this year 2012.Below i am trying to describe some new features of Google’s new Android operating system Jelly Bean 4.1 ‘s new features.
The New Features of Jelly Bean 4.1 :
Extraordinary Smart Widgets :
In this version of Android you will be able to customize and re size your Widgets more efficiently.For this reason you will be able to use as much widget you love to use in you home screen.You will be able to drag and drop all the widgets and they will be resized accordingly.
Features Added to Google Beam:

In Android 4.1 Jelly Bean you will be able to use Google Beam easily.In the previous version you were only able to transfer files like video ,images and other payloads but now you will be able to transfer files just by phone tap through Bluetooh and NFC.Even you will be able to transfer Map.
Google Now and Voice Search:
Like Appeal search, you will be able to search through voice.In Apple there is one requirement that if you want to search through voice then you need to connect your mobile with internet but in Android 4.1 Jelly Bean you will be able to do it offline.So,your search will become more easy.
Offline Maps:
You do not need to go to Google Maps to search the location which needs internet connection.Rather you will be able to download the Map and you will be able to search offline.
Google Android Jelly Bean 4.1 Added in Nexus 7:
The new tablet from Google is Nexus 7 and this Jelly Bean 4.1 is also added in this tablet.The price of this tablet is around 200 USD.You will be able to use the Jelly Bean 4.1 in this Nexus 7 tablet.
Already Android 4.0 which is performing much more better than the other Android version already, this Jelly Bean is still different form that Ice Cream Sand witch version of Android.In Google there is one project undergoing and the project name is butter cause they think that with this kind of version their operating system will run like butter.So,undoubtedly this Jelly Bean 4.1 will be faster than any other Android version.
