Spread the love

Many of you may know the news that Google map has already added their underwater feature in Google maps. This news is already published in Official Google blogs and while checking the official Google blog i have got the news.I think that this is a great new feature and this is always good to share new great features with my readers.

The pictures which are underwater beauties are just awesome. You do not need to be a scuba driver or a swimmer to experience those beauties. In near future you will be able to experience all the real coral reefs just by watching the underwater view of Google maps. You do not need to pay any money for that.

Google has already uploaded the image of “Great Barrier Reef” where you will be able to see one trutle swimming among the  fish, you can also follow a manta ray and also experience the reef during the time of sunset.

Google is partnering with The Catlin Seaview Survey to get all the views and pictures. This organization works and do scientific research on world’s reefs. This organization uses a special type of underwater camera to capture those images which are underwater and the camera is the SVII camera which is a special type.

You can explore the ocean in Google maps in this link also maps.google.com/streetview
