- The first thing you need to do to change footer text is log in to your WordPress dashboard and go to the “Appearance” tab.
- In the Appearance tab the last subtab in the dropdown is Editor.Click on the “Editor”
- Now you need to check for the tab named “Footer” which will be in the position like the position like the below picture.You need to click on the Footer tab because the footer text code setting is embedded here and you will get the code for the footer.
- Now look for the </div><!– #main –> code and replace all the code starting from </div><!– #main –> to </body></html> with the below code:

- Change Your Blog Name with the name of your blog.Now Click on “Update Files“.
- You are done and you Footer has been changed to your desired one.
