Sometimes we get disturbing calls from some phone numbers which are so irritating and makes our daily life complicated.Also,there are some numbers which we do not want to receive phones from those numbers cause those are annoying.So,the easiest possible solution for this is to block those phone numbers which will restrict them to call our own number. In ancient days when the rotary phone was there it was not possible to do such things. But now things have changed and the control is in our hand and we play with them to take full advantage of the technology. Now we’ve got a whole new digital, wireless network. Also lot more digital features come with it. This blockage of phone numbers may be of two types one is outgoing blockage when you have necessity to block outgoing calls from some particular number. Only incoming calls will be enabled then. The simplest and easiest way to do this is to call your service provider and describe what you want. Also you can restrict the visibility of your caller id on someone’s phone. The thing is you will call someone and he will not be able to see your phone number on his handset. To do this the steps are simple. Call your service provider. Let them know that you want all of your outgoing calls, not to be registered on somebody’s caller ID. It’s that simple. They will do it for you very gladly. Now, if you want to just block individual calls, and not all those that are outgoing, it’s simple. Before you dial your number, just dial *67. That will ensure that, that outgoing call, will not be representative of your phone number. Now, keep in mind, as you are dialing, after you dial *67 individually, you will not hear a beep, as you generally do, when you’re on a landline. However, keep proceeding with the number, and the call will go through, and that’s how you do it.

How to Block Contacts on Cell Phones:

Contact your cellular phone provider in the business hours and dial them in their toll free number. Then the customer service individual of your service provider will ask you about your personal information for verification. You need to provide all the information otherwise they will not be able to help you farther. Ask the customer service representative to place a block on the numbers you specify. This process can be completed over the phone, and it only takes a matter of minutes. Test the phone after you activate the service.You can call on a blocked persons number and if the call does not go through then you will get assured that your service is activated and now you are free from the unwanted calls.
