Smartphones applications like Skype, Fring, Gtalk, yahoo messenger, and many other similar services are attracting customers with their options of free local as well we free international calling and instant messaging. Since everyone is having a Smartphone, it is very easy to get more customers to use their service. Even customers are trying to use the applications like Fring and Skype to chat with their friends and to call them. Of course they cannot call directly to a number for free, but they can call the other application account holder for free. Not only individuals but also small companies and organizations are finding these kinds of applications useful for their business. In a business you often need to contact your clients. The only way to contact a client faster is to call them. Calling from a mobile phone to their numbers will cost a fortune to the business people. If the company has customers and clients internationally then they have to spend very large amounts on phone bills. This is not a profitable thing for small businesses. So they will choose the Smartphones applications (which is called mVoIP for small businesses) to reduce the telephone bills because these applications are giving low charge calls and these calls can be made to any part of the world. This is the main reason why the mobile service operators are losing their revenues to Smartphone applications. The mobile service operators are thus reducing their costs and offering several bonuses for lower costs. Moreover, MVNOs such as ultra mobile are offering crazy offers to keep the users to them and consequently to their parent operators. They are trying to attract their customers with new ideas.
