I do not know whether you were able to experience any kind of advertise on Facebook log in page but i have already experienced one advertisement in my Facebook log in page.When i just logged out from my Facebook profile i just seen the below advertisement on Facebook log in page.The ad visual is below:
The advertisement is about Indian Company.I think Facebook is using the users location which is updated in their profile to serve this kind of advertises.You will also be able to close the advertisement screen.Then the previous look of Facebook will be visible.So,this advertisement is a kind of extra layer over the old format of the screen.

After all the discussion now Facebook is finally showing ads on the log on and log off page.At first Facebook tried with some experimental pictures so that the users get usual with the changed background.Then now finally they are monetizing their log in and log off page and i do not know about the rate while i am writing about the post.I have also checked the Facebook news page also but no news about this is still been updated.
I think this kind of advertisement on the log on and log off page will have a great impact on the Facebook revenue.Everyone will be interested to display their ads on the pages like this.As Facebook is also using the location based on the users profile but i think after some day they will use the current location of the computer and according to this they will serve the ads.
Also Facebook and the advertisement will get better results if they use the words and activities of that Facebook user by using some algorithm.They the user will get more interested about the Facebook ads.
